As with any holiday property, we have certain house rules and terms and conditions which we respectfully ask you follow when staying with us.
The Fine Print
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. We reserve the right to charge this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Check is available from 5pm. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. You'll need to let us know in advance what time you'll arrive.
Check Out
Check out is from 10am.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Child Policies and Beds
Children of any age are welcome. To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your booking search. We can offer a cot upon request for children between 0-2 years which is free.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.
The maximum number of cots allowed depends on the room you choose. Please check the maximum capacity for the room you selected.
All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
Age Restriction
The minimum age for check-in is 21.
Cards Accepted At This Property
The Nook accepts Mastercard/Visa cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
